Ban is a tall, muscular man with pale skin, who possesses a set of well-developed abdominal muscles. He has short, spiky, blonde hair and thin black eyebrows, as well as a pair of scarlet-red eyes. Usually wears red leather pants with a matching pirate captain's style coat with no shirt underneath.

Ban is a highly charismatic individual. He is good hearted and will always fight for those close to him. However he is still very much a pirate at his core. If there is something he wants he will take it. If someone in his way, he will knock them down to get to it. Much like his parents, he enjoys the beauty of women.

The son of The Water Mage and Spiral Dragon Pirate Atticus Fullbuster and Magical Girl Aimi Utada, he was destined for greatness. Once he was old enough he left his home and traveled to the land of pirates itself to set sail and become a pirate just like his father. Due to his father's connections he formed a strong alliance with the Fishmen of the Grand Line and studied under several well known Fishmen Pirates until he eventually became the first ever Human captain of an all fishman pirate crew, The Billow Breaker Pirates.

Koichi was born in China to a very happy family consisting of his mother, father and two sisters whom he loved very much. Between his mother being a super star pop idol and his father being one of the most powerful psychic fighters on the earth his life was full of happiness and tons of abnormality and he couldn't have it any other way. As he grew older he learned more about his psychic powers and the legacy of his parents, he decided that he also wanted to be a Psycho Soldier. He enlisted into the military academy and despite his training, he didn't feel like it was enough. So he used his connections to contact a mercenary group, that his parents worked with in the past many times, The Ikari Warriors. He asked their current leader Heidern, to train him to make him into the perfect Psycho Soldier. Heidern agreed under one condition that he would become HIS psycho soldier as a member of the Ikari Warriors. Koichi agreed and thus began the legacy of The Psychic Powered Commando.
